Drinks and bars and views from a barstool

I was introduced to Irish Coffee about five years ago at Shenaigan’s Irish Pub on the Ocean City Boardwalk. They make it (I believe) in a traditional way of using Jameson’s Irish Whiskey and a bit of Bailey’s Irish Creme in a cup of coffee – with whipped cream and the “requisite” drizzle of Creme de Minth over the top.

That was just enough to get me started. It was good – but needed “more.”
